Analysis of the relationships between family-supportive supervisor behaviour, work-family culture and subjective career success

A cross-sectional survey design was used to obtain the data. In addition, a convenience sampling was used to obtain the data which is a non-probability sampling technique, chosen as the most appropriate method. Due to the COVID-19 health regulations an online electronic platform, qualtrics was used to collect data through an online questionnaire. By means of social media platforms, such as WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram, an electronic link was posted and shared so that individuals could access it to complete the survey. After the data was collected, the data was downloaded and saved in a Microsoft Excel format after which it was used for various statistical analyses through the use of SPSS and JASP software programs.
