GCC health AI scientometric dataset (2011–2024): OpenAlex extraction script, concept identifiers and records

For each GCC country, the script retrieves OpenAlex works affiliated with that country, tagged with the concept Artificial intelligence (C154945302) at any score, and published 2011–2024. A work is kept if it carries at least one AI-family concept and at least one health-family concept, each with a relevance score of 0.30 or higher (concept_ids.csv). Counting. Each record is a publication attributed to one GCC country (full counting). A publication with affiliations in several GCC countries appears once per country. The 3512 records correspond to 3327 distinct publications. Per-country figures use records. Regional intra-GCC collaboration is computed on distinct publications (164/3327, 4.9%). The record-selection count of 112,480 is the sum of the six per-country searches. Top 3 institutions. The "top 3 institutions" share adds together the publication counts of a country's 3 most prolific institutions. A publication coauthored by 2 of them is counted for each.
