资源简介:
A total of 94 soil samples were collected in the lowland rainforest of the La Selva Biological Station (Costa Rica) in October 2015. All samples were collected and prepared following the protocol of Mahé et al. (2017). General primers (Stoeck et al., 2010) were used to amplify the V4 region of the 18S rRNA. The amplified fragments were sequenced on an Illumina MiSeq v3.Mahé, F., de Vargas, C., Bass, D., Czech, L., Stamatakis, A., Lara, E., ⦠Dunthorn, M. (2017).
