This database contains 199 mean spectra of hyperspectral images acquired on slices of fresh yam at 0, 15, 30, 45, 75 days of storage . The HSI measurements were performed at UMR Qualisud of CIRAD, Montpellier, by using Specim FX17 camera. The objective of this work is the developing of calibration for prediction and visualization of dry matter of fresh yam during storage.
