Morningness-eveningness and personality characteristics of young healthy adults

This dataset contains the raw research data supporting the study "Morningness–eveningness and personality characteristics of young healthy adults", published in Personality and Individual Differences. Study Overview: The data explore the relationship between circadian typology (chronotype) and a wide range of personality traits in a sample of 248 young healthy adults. Key Variables and Scales: Circadian Typology: Measured using the reduced Morningness-Eveningness Questionnaire (rMEQ). Personality Traits: Comprehensive scores from the Temperament and Character Inventory (TCI), including Novelty Seeking (NS), Harm Avoidance (HA), and Reward Dependence (RD). Impulsivity: Data from the Functional and Dysfunctional Impulsivity Inventory (FIDI). Sensation Seeking: Measured via the Sensation Seeking Scale (SSS-V).
