Synthetic dataset for 5mC detection algorithm. The data were produced on a PacBio SequelII sequencer and are composed of two samples. A 5mC negative sample, with DNA subjected to whole genome amplification (WGA) and a 5mC positive sample, with WGA DNA subjected to Sssl enzymatic treatment.
