This layer summarizes storage needs and capacities based on physical drainage boundaries rather than political borders. It is the primary tool for watershed-based planning and identifying downstream impacts. It aggregates "Local" storage (detention ponds) and allocates "Regional" storage (TARP, Reservoirs) to the relevant drainage areas. Key Field Dictionary subwatershedcode / subwatershed: Name of the tributary or waterway branch. bsg_capgap_comb: Combined Storage Deficit. The remaining storage need (ac-ft) after accounting for ALL assets (Local Ponds + Regional Reservoirs + TARP). unit_bsg_capgap_comb: Unmanaged Water Depth. The Capacity Gap normalized by subwatershed area (inches). Indicates flood risk intensity due to the storage capacity gap. bsg_pctmet_comb: Resilience Score (%). The percentage of the Baseline Goal currently met by existing infrastructure. total_comb: Total System Capacity. The sum of all local basins, regional reservoirs, and TARP allocations.
