Transcriptome changes in wheat roots caused by preceding plant species and soil disturbance

This study shows that the preceding plant species and soil disturbance have an impact on the transcriptome of wheat roots, probably associated to the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi communities existent in the roots and to the integrity of the extraradical mycelium network in the soil.
