The acute colitis model was established in C57 mice induced by sodium dextran sulfate and given different treatment measures, such as oral administration of phosphate buffered saline or nanozymes against oxidative stress. After treatment, mouse colons were collected for transcriptome sequencing to evaluate the effect of antioxidative stress treatment on gene expression in mice with colitis.
