CASP 16 is an international computational structural biology competition aimed at evaluating and advancing the state of the art in the field. In CASP16 of 2024, nearly 100 research groups from around the world submitted more than 80,000 models involving over 100 modeling entities across five prediction categories, including the accuracy of single proteins and domains, protein complexes, accuracy estimation, nucleic acid structures and complexes, protein-organic ligand complexes, macromolecular conformational ensembles, and integrative modeling. The dataset focuses on the fine-grained accuracy of models, the performance of new deep learning methods, and the reliability of accuracy estimates.
