Berberine shows protective effect against AAPH-damaged C17.2 neural stem cells. This study aims to determine the genes regulated by berberine and clarify the possible molecular mechanism underlying the action. AAPH (7.38 mM) was used to induce oxidative damage to C17.2 neural stem cells. Berberine (1.69 uM) was added to treat AAPH-damaged C17.2 neural stem cells for 12 hours.
