This dataset contains a single zipped folder containing: data scripts needed to reproduce the manuscript entitled "Spatial transcriptomics of B and T cell receptors uncovers lymphocyte clonal dynamics". Each folder is organized by tissue type, methodology, and analysis. A readme file accompanies each folder with details on the files/scripts within that folder. Alongside the paper and supplementary materials, it should be possible to reproduce all the figures in the manuscript.
