Knockout of PRC1 in T24 bladder cancer cell line

we investigated the functional role of PRC1 gene in T24 bladder cancer cell line. PRC1 is known to play a crucial role in regulating cytokinesis, the process of cell division. By utilizing gene knockout techniques, we aimed to understand the impact of PRC1 depletion on the behavior and characteristics of T24 cells. This study provides valuable insights into the potential therapeutic targeting of PRC1 in bladder cancer.
