Non-destructive analysis and lithological descriptions of lake and shallow marine sediment cores from Schirmacher Oasis, Dronning Maud Land, East Antarctica

During the austral summer season in 2019, an international collaborative project between Japan and India carried out the lake and shallow marine sediment coring from Schirmacher Oasis, Dronning Maud Land, East Antarctica. After the expedition, most of the sediment cores were transported to Japan, and the non-distractive measurement and visual description data were obtained. In this data set, we compile the basic data for the sedimentary cores obtained through non-distractive analysis and visual description.2019年南半球夏季，日本与印度联合开展的国际合作项目在南极东部毛德皇后地（Dronning Maud Land）的席尔马赫绿洲（Schirmacher Oasis）实施了湖泊与浅海沉积物钻探取芯工作。考察任务结束后，大部分沉积物岩芯被运送至日本，并获取了无损测量与目视描述相关数据。本数据集整合了通过无损分析与目视描述获得的沉积物岩芯基础数据。
