Predicting Triclosan resistant phenotype from genotype information using TRG databsase

This Bioproject contains bacterial strains which were used for predicting phenotype information from genotype. Triclosan resistant phenotypes were first predicted on the basis of In-silico genome-wide comparision with a Triclosan resistance gene databas followed by experimental confirmation.
