South Australian Bushfire Safer Settlements

SA Country Fire Service (CFS) responds to a range of incidents across South Australia. \r\nA Bushfire Safer Settlement is a place of relative safety and may be used as a place for people to stay in or as a place of first resort for those people who have decided that they will leave high risk locations early on a bad fire weather day. This precinct is considered to be relatively safe from fire due to its distance from areas with a high fuel level. Although the CFS has taken every care and precaution in identifying this area it may be subjected to spark and ember attack in the event of a fire.
