The complete chloroplast genome of Meconopsis integrifolia collected from the Qinghai-Tibet plateau at an altitude of 4900 meters

We reported the complete chloroplast genome sequences of M. integrifolia, which was collected from the
Qinghai-Tibet plateau at an altitude of 4900 meters. The cp genome was 152,939
bp in length, containing 88 protein-coding genes, eight rRNAs and 37 tRNAs. It
was characterized by a typical quadripartite structure composed of a large single-copy region (83,848 bp) and a small single-copy region (17,861 bp)
interspersed by a pair of invert repeat regions of 25,615 bp.
