Source data for "Explosive or effusive style of volcanic eruption determined by magma storage conditions"

The repository contains source data files generated by running numerical model simulations. The files include (1) calculations of the volume of exsolved volatiles in the magma chamber with cooling and differentiation, (2) variations in melt viscosity with differentiation and reheating by magmatic recharge, and (3) calculations on the effect that exsolved volatiles in the magma chamber have upon magmatic recharge. The latter is used in comparing how a magma chamber with 0 vol% exsolved volatiles (water-undersaturated) and one with 13 vol% exsolved volatiles (water-saturated) behave in terms of the time required to reach critical overpressure, compressibility potential and reheating potential during recharge.
