Powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) data of bulk and density-fractionated sediment samples

This dataset contains powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) data of sediment samples analyzed for mineral phase identification. The dataset includes bulk sediment samples and selected density fractions.Samples:Hovk 33, Hovk 34, Hovk 35MuPe 50, MuPe 51, MuPe 52ElMi 60, ElMi 62, ElMi 66Density fractions:- bulk- 2.3–2.6 g/cm3- 2.6–2.8 g/cm3- >2.8 g/cm3XRD measurements were performed using a MiniFlex 600 diffractometer (Rigaku) with Cu Kalpha radiation (40 kV, 15 mA). Samples were measured from 5 to 80° 2theta with a step size of 0.04° and a scan speed of 0.4°/min.The data are provided as plain text files containing 2theta (deg) and intensity (counts).
