This folder contains data and code accompanying the paper [1]. The database is composed of 105 simulated sequences, including: <ul> <li> simulated texture from 7 vendors; </li> <ul> <li> 5 motion patterns;</li> <li> 3 probe orientations;</li> </ul> </ul> <ul> <li> For each sequence we provide: </li> <ul> <li> simulated B-mode data: path = "./data <vendor_id>/<view_id>/<motion_id>/im_sim.mat";</li> <li> ground truth tracking: path = "./data/<vendor_id>/<view_id>/ <motion_id>/ground_truth.mat";</li> </ul> </ul> The following MATLAB scripts are provided to facilitate the use of the data: <ul> <li> main_play_data.m: to play the simulated cine-loops as well as the ground truth tracking;</li> <li> main_compute_strain.m: to compute ground truth segmental strain.</li> </ul> Please consider citing [1] if you make use of the data. <br> [1] M.
