This folder contains data and code accompanying the paper [1]. The database is composed of 105 simulated sequences, including:
<ul>
<li> simulated texture from 7 vendors; </li>
<ul>
<li> 5 motion patterns;</li>
<li> 3 probe orientations;</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> For each sequence we provide: </li>
<ul>
<li> simulated B-mode data: path = "./data &lt;vendor_id&gt;/&lt;view_id&gt;/&lt;motion_id&gt;/im_sim.mat";</li>
<li> ground truth tracking: path = "./data/&lt;vendor_id&gt;/&lt;view_id&gt;/ &lt;motion_id&gt;/ground_truth.mat";</li>
</ul>
</ul>
The following MATLAB scripts are provided to facilitate the use of the data:
<ul>
<li> main_play_data.m: to play the simulated cine-loops as well as the ground truth tracking;</li>
<li> main_compute_strain.m: to compute ground truth segmental strain.</li>
</ul>
