Model created in Agisoft Photoscan Standard from jpeg photos taken with a DJI Phantom 4 drone. The mesh was created at medium quality with sky, people and intervening trees masked out.
Dolforwyn Castle (Castell Dolforwyn) is a Welsh medieval castle above the village of Abermule in Powys. The fortification was established by Llywelyn ap Grufydd, Prince of Gwynedd, in the late 13th century. It is sited on a wooded ridge commanding excellent views of the upper Severn Valley. The castle was besieged by the English and fell in April 1277. It was occupied until the late 1370's then abandoned.
