Figure source data and supporting tables for the manuscript ECG foundation models share an age-related performance disparity that originates in the data, not the models (submitted to The Lancet Digital Health). The bundle holds, for main Figures 1–5 and Supplementary Figures S1–S21, the figure as published, tidy CSV files with one row per plotted mark (values, 95% confidence intervals, counts, labels), a script that regenerates each figure from those files, and a README with caption, panel description and column dictionary; the supporting tables give per-endpoint, per-age-band AUROC and age, sex and race gaps for four ECG foundation models, two universal time-series models, their untrained copies (three random initialisations) and classical-measurement baselines across 13 cohorts, plus curation-flow counts. The named-number tables (numbers.tex, numbers_r3.tex) define every statistic quoted in the text. No patient-level data are included; primary ECG data remain with their source repositories as listed in Supplementary Table S9 of the appendix.
