Gene expression profiling of RNA and SNP array profiling of DNA was performed on Burkitt lymphoma samples to identify genes and pathways affected by DNA copy number alterations and expression changes. Affymetrix 250K NspI SNP arrays were performed according to the manufacturer's directions on DNA extracted from cryopreserved lymphoma tumor specimens. Affymetrix U133 plus 2.0 array were performed according to the manufacturer's directions on RNA extracted from cryopreserved lymphoma tumor specimens.
