Data from Carné et al. (2025). Potential effects of climate change on the threatened Malagasy poison frogs: a multi-species approach.

Here we provide the data from Carné et al. (2025), which includes three files:

1 - "1_Bibliographic_references.xlsx" – Bibliographic references from which occurrence data were extracted.

2 - "2_Occurrence_data.xlsx" – Occurrence data used for modeling (pixel centroid coordinates).

3 - "3_Variable_importance_and_permutation_Data.csv" – Variable contribution and permutation values.
