本数据集基于杭州市中医院2020-2025年名中医治疗胰岛素抵抗专病的中医诊疗数据。数据严格道循浙江省"中医处方一件事”标准，覆盖患者基本信息(年龄、性别、身高、体重、首诊时间)及详细诊疗记录(包括主诉、现病史、诊断、证型、中西药处方等)。所有数据均经泛化、脱敏等匿名化处理，并进行了专业评估，确保无法识别个人身份，全面保障患者隐私。数据集在合规安全的基础上，为中医临床科研与产业化应用提供高质量数据支撑。This dataset is developed from traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) diagnosis and treatment data for the specialized insulin resistance condition, provided by renowned TCM practitioners at Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between 2020 and 2025. All data strictly complies with the "One-Stop TCM Prescription" standard established by Zhejiang Province. It encompasses basic patient information including age, gender, height, weight, and first consultation time, as well as detailed medical records such as chief complaints, current medical history, diagnoses, syndrome types, and both Chinese and Western medicine prescriptions. All data has undergone anonymization processing including generalization and desensitization, and has been professionally evaluated to ensure that individual identities cannot be discerned, thus comprehensively protecting patient privacy. On the basis of compliance and safety, this dataset offers high-quality data support for TCM clinical research and industrialized applications.
