Four samples were analyzed for pollen, phytoliths, and macrofloral remains from a
collapsed pit structure at 26CK948 on the Las Vegas Springs Preserve, Nevada. These samples
were evaluated to determine if information could be gathered regarding possible use of plant
materials associated with the construction or occupation of the structure.
