Effect of dominant tree species on phyllosphere microorganisms during forest succession

In this study, we investigate dynamics changes of phyllosphere fungal and bacterial communities in different forest types. Explore whether the effects of dominant tree species on phyllosphere microorganisms are consistent between broadleaf and coniferous trees during forest succession.The primary hypothesis is that different dominant tree species are significant factors driving changes in phyllosphere microbial communities.
