资源简介:
The excel file ‘Placeholder_Figure_csv.xlsx’ contains three sheets: sheet 'Fig. 1' contains the simulated and measured output power at different bias currents of our 405 nm L405P20 laser, measured using a 3.5 GHz PIN receiver. This data is for the L-I curves in Fig. 1 of the manuscript. The corresponding figure file can be found in 'Fig1.fig', which is a Matlab figure file; sheet 'Fig. 2(a)' contains the simulated and measured S21 frequency responses of our L405P20 laser at bias currents of 38 mA, 43 mA and 48 mA. The corresponding figure file can be found in 'Fig2a_.fig'; sheet 'Fig. 2(b)' contains the parasitic pole (model), total (measured and model) and intrinsic (model) 3 dB bandwidths of the L405P20 laser at various bias currents. The corresponding figure file can be found in 'Fig2b.fig'. 'Fig4.fig' is the Matlab figure file that contains the BER at various data rates with NRZ modulation, when using FFE only and ABCD approximation + FFE. The eye diagram with the ABCD + FFE method at 7 Gb/s NRZ is given in 'Fig4b.fig'. 'Fig5a.fig' is the Matlab figure file for the 2.25 Gbd (9 Gb/s) CAP-16 constellation diagram, after FFE only. 'Fig5b.fig' is the Matlab figure file for the 2.25 Gbd (9 Gb/s) CAP-16 constellation diagram with the ABCD approximation + FFE.
