P-values for testing whether the median proportion of X-linkage for different SNP categories departs from the expected 0.137, and for testing whether X-linkage differs between SNP categories. 1SNPs are divided into those with a sexually concordant (SCV) and sexually discordant (SDV) effect on gene expression.
