Chimonobambusa utilis (Keng) P. C. Keng is a bamboo species of high economic value, but the relationship between the productivity of bamboo forests and microbes in rhizosphere is unclear. High throughput sequencing of bacterial 16S rRNA genes and fungal ITS region sequences was used to investigate the rhizosphere microbial communities of C. utilis from the same area, with natural distribution and different productivity, during the bamboo shoots dormancy period and shooting period, and predicted their functional characteristics using FAPROTAX and FUNGuild. The purpose is to investigate the differences in community structure among different yield plots, the dynamic changes of communities during dormancy and shooting periods, and to identify key bacterial species that affect C. utilis yield.
