Branch temperatures for blackened and unblackened plants

Infrared thermometer readings for three surface temperatures taken on prominent branches at noon during bee sampling days. Rows represent a single branch temperature reading for a given plant, and include details on the date of the reading, and a binary code for whether or not that plant had "blackened" branches. In this categorization, all branches that were either naturally moldy or painted to be darker as an experimental treatment are coded as black, and all plants placed in treatments not including natural mold or paint are coded as not black. A single plant (Plant_code) is always in the same category as treatments were not rotated between plants.
