## **Abstract** \n\nThis dataset was supplied to the Bioregional Assessment Programme by a third party and is presented here as originally supplied. Metadata was not provided and has been compiled by the Bioregional Assessment Programme based on the known details at the time of acquisition.\n\n\n\nNSW Office of Water were provided with data extract areas for all bioregions located in NSW. The data extract area was provided by the project teams for the purpose of extracting all available GDEs that fall within the region. The geodatabase contains GDEs located in Clarence Moreton, Gloucester, North & South Sydney and the Northern Inland Catchment. GDEs have been identified in water sharing plans which are identified in the attribute table. Where the GDE has been identified from a literature review, this is identified in the source. The GDE lists were developed through an interagency expert panel which included karst, wetlands, vegetation, and groundwater experts for each water sharing plan. Reports for all water sharing plans can be found on the NSW website eg. Greater Metropolitan Region: http://www.water.nsw.gov.au/Water-management/Water-sharing-plans/Plans-commenced/Water-source/gmr-ground/default.aspx\n\n## **Dataset History** \n\nGDEs have been identified in water sharing plans which are identified in the attribute table.
