A Hierarchical Sheaf Spectral Embedding Framework for Single-Cell RNA-seq Analysis

Precomputed multiscale persistent sheaf Laplacian (PSL) eigenvalue embeddings for the single-cell RNA-seq datasets used in the HSSE (Hierarchical Sheaf Spectral Embedding) framework. Each archive contains per-cell eigenvalue arrays (NumPy .npy, gzip-compressed) computed across multiple scale and k-nearest-neighbor parameter settings, as produced by main_eigs678.py in the companion code repository.
