Digital Twins in Engineering and STEM Higher Education: A Systematic Review of Architectures, Pedagogy, and the Quality of Learning Evidence

Reproducible materials for a PRISMA 2020 systematic review of digital twins in higher-education engineering and STEM settings (65 included studies, 2018-2026): review protocol, database search exports, the full semantic-screening trace, extracted data with verbatim quotations, the end-to-end analysis pipeline, figures and tables, and the manuscript package. Version 2.1.0 retargets the manuscript to the IEEE Access format (document class, author biographies, abstract wording, and figure/table call-out style adjusted to the journal template); the data, analysis pipeline, and findings are unchanged from version 2.0.0.
