We performed gene expression profiling to understand the mechansims of cytotoxic effects of an MMSET inhibitor on t(4;14)-positive multiple myeloma cells. We cultured the human myeloma cell line KMS34 with the MMSET inhibitor RK-552 and performed gene expression profiling using an Agilent GeneChip Array.
