Rhizobia Genomes from Cowpea, Groundnuts and Common bean

The genomes of Rhizobia isolated from cowpea (Vigna unguiculata), groundnuts (Arachis hypogaea), and common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris) were sequenced in this study. The bacterial isolates were obtained from the root nodules of these leguminous plants and subsequently purified. Genomic DNA was extracted using a method combining Cetyltrimethylammonium Bromide (CTAB) and phenol to ensure high-quality DNA suitable for sequencing. The sequencing was carried out on an Illumina platform at Novogene, yielding high-quality reads suitable for downstream analysis.
