Full datasets from: Enabling global-scale nucleic acid repositories through versatile, scalable biochemical selection from room-temperature archives

This dataset contains the complete raw data and code used for the analysis in "Enabling global-scale nucleic acid repositories through versatile, scalable biochemical selection from room-temperature archives" (Berleant, Banal, Rao, Bathe; in revision). Raw datasets are provided for the sequencing analyses (to identify the internal DNA barcodes and the SARS-CoV-2 genomes stored within microcapsules), for the fluorescent sorting experiments, and the characterization of the physical properties of the microcapsules during the synthesis process.
