We report the application of RNA-seq for profiling gene transcription upon treatment of dipeptidyl peptidases 8 and 9 inhibitor, Val-boroPro (VbP). We find no significant changes in gene transcription upon treatment of mammalian cells with Val-boroPro. Overall design: Examination of gene transcription levels upon treatment of Val-boroPro in HEK 293T mammalian cells over the course of 48 hours, compared to DMSO control. 4 replicates were analyzed per sample.
