Fracture-risk discordance beyond the T-score: analysis reproducibility package for NHANES 2013–2014

This record contains analysis reproducibility materials for a survey-weighted NHANES 2013–2014 study examining discordance between femoral-neck T-score-defined densitometric osteoporosis and FRAX/VFA-informed high fracture-risk status among U.S. adults aged 50 years or older. The package includes R analysis scripts, aggregate result tables, figure source data, final analytic figures, software/session information, and methodological documentation. The analysis used public NHANES 2013–2014 files, including demographic data, femur DXA, FRAX, vertebral fracture assessment, osteoporosis questionnaire data, and related covariates. Survey-weighted estimates were generated using NHANES examination weights, masked strata, and primary sampling units. Raw NHANES files and individual-level analytic datasets are not included. The package is intended to support reproducibility of the statistical analysis from publicly available NHANES source data.
