资源简介:
In feather-footed pigeons, mutant alleles of PITX1 and TBX5 drive the partial redeployment of an evolutionarily conserved forelimb genetic program in the hindlimb. Overall design: mRNA profiles were generated in quadruplicate by deep sequencing of forelimb and hindlimb buds from scale-footed pigeons, feather-footed pigeons, and scale-footed chicken embryos at Hamburger-Hamilton (HH) stages HH21, HH25, and HH29.
