This study aims to investigate the anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrotic effects of Dimethyl Sulfoxide in a murine model of silicosis, and further explore its potential therapeutic effects. Overall design: Silica suspension was administered to mice by nasal drops, followed by DMSO solution on the second day. After 30 days, the lung tissues of the mice were collected for transcriptome sequencing.
