The project was created to automate and improve the quality of quantitative morphometry of histological images of the lungs.
To work, the QuPath software version 0.2.3 and higher is used. First of all, the project is aimed at working with the whole slide image (wsi).
Version 1 features:
- calculation of the total ROI area
- percentage ratio of stroma, vessels and alveoli
- radial alveolate count (RAC)
