This record archives processed non-identifiable result tables, figure source files, reproducibility scripts, quality-control outputs, session-information files and a machine-readable file manifest supporting the manuscript titled "Immune–Vascular–Fibrotic Remodeling Defines a Neuroimmune Tissue Niche in Systemic Sclerosis Skin and Converges with Human Peripheral Nerve Injury Programs". The analysis integrates public transcriptomic and single-cell datasets from the Gene Expression Omnibus, including GSE179153, GSE58095, GSE130953, GSE33463, GSE22356, GSE195452 and GSE250152. Raw GEO data are publicly available from GEO and are not duplicated here. The archived workflow includes R, Python and PowerShell scripts for preprocessing, statistical analysis, visualization, robustness/sensitivity checks and output verification. Stochastic procedures use fixed random seed 6600, and software/package versions are recorded in the included session-information files.
