Purpose: The goals of this study are to compare Mga-/-, L3mbtl2-/-, Pcgf6-/- and Wild type embryonic stem cells transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) and compare the target genes of Mga, L3mbtl2 and Pcgf6. mRNA profiles of Mga-/- and wild type embryonic stem cells were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina HiSeq4000. mRNA profiles of L3mbtl2-/- and Pcgf6-/- embryonic stem cells were generated by deep sequencing, in double, using Illumina HiSeq4000.
