Aging2Cancer compiles multi-omics data (somatic mutation/CNV, gene expression, DNA-methylation, hallmarks, immune landscape and survival) from 23 125 age-annotated samples covering 57 tumour types + 20 normal tissues, providing six analysis modules that let users query any gene and visualise how aging shapes cancer at genomic, epigenomic, transcriptomic and immunological levels.
