The compressed folder contains shapefiles with all crowdsourced and expert Training Areas (TAs). The TAs were collected in three rounds. The shapefiles are named in the format of "LCZ_RX.shp" and the number of "X" represents the round number. The original TAs are 500m × 500m polygons, however, all the TAs in this folder have been pre-processed into 200m × 200m polygons for training data sampling. The attribute tables include LCZ labels for each year from 1986 to 2020 indicated by numbers 1-16. Class -1 represents no valid label. Class 7 represents LCZ F water.
