The TreeSatAI-Time-Series dataset is an extension of the TreeSatAI benchmark archive for tree species classification in Central Europe, based on multi-sensor data from aerial, Sentinel-1, and Sentinel-2. It includes labels for 20 European tree species derived from forest administration data in the federal state of Lower Saxony, Germany. This extension compiles all available Sentinel-1 and -2 time series data spanning a year for each patch, aiding in the differentiation between different tree species.

- aerial：原始数据集中的航空采集数据，0.2m 空间分辨率，包含 RGB 和红外波段。
- sentinel：原始数据集中的单次 Sentinel-1 和 Sentinel-2 采集数据，覆盖地块范围（60m）或更广区域（200m）。
- sentinel-ts：Sentinel-1 和 Sentinel-2 的年度时间序列。
- labels：原始数据集中的地块树种和比例标签。
- geojson：原始数据集中的地块地理位置矢量文件。
- split：原始数据集中的训练、验证和测试地块分割。
Sentinel 时间序列数据格式
Sentinel 时间序列数据以 HDF 格式（.h5）提供，包含以下数据集：
- sen-1-asc-data：Sentinel-1 升轨后向散射系数数据（Tx2x6x6），通道：VV, VH
- sen-1-asc-products：Sentinel-1 升轨产品名称（T）
- sen-1-des-data：Sentinel-1 降轨后向散射系数数据（Tx2x6x6），通道：VV, VH
- sen-1-des-products：Sentinel-1 降轨产品名称（T）
- sen-2-data：Sentinel-2 级别-2 BOA 反射率（Tx10x6x6），通道：B02, B03, B04, B05, B06, B07, B08, B8A, B11, B12
- sen-2-masks：Sentinel-2 云覆盖掩码（Tx2x6x6），通道：雪概率，云概率
