Rabies virus nucleoprotein and glycoprotein coding sequences from dog brain diagnostic specimens in Thailand

This study aims to characterize the nucleoprotein (N) and glycoprotein (G) gene sequences of rabies virus detected in dog brain diagnostic specimens collected in Thailand between 2022 and 2024. The goal is to assess genetic diversity and lineage circulation to support molecular surveillance and rabies control programs in the country.
