多源异构数据融合空气质量精准预报与溯源系统是一套能够满足空气质量预报与溯源业务需求的高准确性、高稳定性、高时效性、高业务符合性的软硬件一体化系统。基于空天地多维气象观测数据及不同时间尺度的全球气象预报结果、多维度、多要素的污染观测数据、动静结合的多尺度大气污染排放数据,依托分布式存储和高性能计算系统,应用数据同化、反演评估、数值模拟、机器学习、集合优化、溯源模拟等先进技术方法及自主创新研发的算法,实现空气质量精准预报与溯源,为美丽中国目标的实现提供硬核科技支撑。
The Multi-source Heterogeneous Data Fusion Precision Air Quality Forecasting and Traceability System is an integrated hardware and software system that meets the operational requirements of air quality forecasting and traceability, with high accuracy, high stability, high timeliness and strong business compliance. Based on space-air-ground multi-dimensional meteorological observation data, global meteorological forecast results at different time scales, multi-dimensional and multi-factor pollution observation data, and multi-scale air pollution emission data combining static and dynamic sources, this system relies on distributed storage and high-performance computing systems, and applies advanced technical methods including data assimilation, inversion assessment, numerical simulation, machine learning, ensemble optimization, traceability simulation, as well as independently innovatively developed algorithms. It realizes precise air quality forecasting and traceability, providing solid scientific and technological support for the realization of the Beautiful China initiative.
