This series contains the details of births performed at Blacktown Hospital.The registers record: date and time of delivery, labour duration, type of delivery, anaesthetist, doctor, accoucher and date of discharge.Information recorded about the patient includes: mother’s name, address, date of birth and medical record number, as well as the infant’s gender, weight and condition.This series also contains details of surgical operations performed in the Labour Ward.
